Stuff I like: all blue veiny cheeses, all hard Italian cheeses, domestic versions of soft French cheeses (less smelly), aged white cheddar cheese, feta cheese with black olives, Wisconsin cheese curds, gouda, Muenster, Emmenthaler, havarti and Gloucester cheeses. I like the name of Winsleydale cheese, but I have yet to eat any.
