Guitar Player Named "Dimebag" Gunned Down
Ozzy shocked; Rest of world, not so much.

"Dimebag" Darrell Abbott, formerly of Pantera, was one of five people shot at a concert on Wednesday. as his band Damageplan took to the stage. According to BBC News:

"No motive has yet been established for the rampage, although Sgt Brent Mull said witnesses had described hearing Gale accuse Abbott of being behind the split of the Grammy-nominated heavy metal band Pantera."

You know, after Duran Duran broke up I used to drive by Power Station concerts trying to assassinate John Taylor. But I never got my chance.

BBC news continues: "The hard rock world has been left stunned by the killings. The metal band Drowning Pool cancelled its tour as a mark of respect."

	"Yes, Drowning Pool understands that in this time of grief it would be inappropriate to make music lovers attend a Drowning Pool concert."
