Shag the Dog
I forget that "dog" can be a verb (and "claim" a noun), and therefore spent a few very perplexed seconds trying to discern the meaning of this headline.

I thought it was reporting that homophobia claims (took over, or caused the end of) "Dog Scientology," which would have been sad, on so many levels.

Another misunderstanding
Headlines are getting the best of me today. When I saw this headline about a classic "Kiss" photo for auction, I was expecting something more like this.

This one's funny cause it's true...
...and conservatives are laughing all the way to the bank. If you'd preserve a court system that protects your rights to clear air and water, safe working conditions, and control of your own reproductive organs, I'd consider SPEAKING TO YOUR SENATORS TODAY. Tomorrow could very well be too late.
