For those of you who don’t know, the Williamsburg area is a sort of fantastic bohemian paradise where everyone, and everything, is really, really “hip.” The people there can be just a bit “smugly self-satisfied” sometimes but they generally make up for it by also being “so much more interesting than everyone else!” If you go, though, be sure to bring your “street cred,” because some of the better bars there actually check for it at the door!
