INTERVIEW:
Eddie Deezen

KP: Who did you play on FACTS OF LIFE? Were you a friend of Natalie's? I can't remember.
ED:
I play a boxer named “Grusky” in an episode only Natalie is in.

KP: If I write a buddy-cop screenplay as a vehicle for Michael Jeter and Jeremy Piven, will you star as the angry Police Chief?
ED:
ABSOLUTELY.

KP: Yay! What's the last movie you went to see?
ED:
THE SCORE

KP: Are you going to see the new PLANET OF THE APES?
ED:
No.

KP: Do you like Tim Burton movies?
ED:
He is hit and miss.

KP: Can you tell us any good stories about making MIDNIGHT MADNESS?
ED:
Michael J. Fox was a great guy and Pee Wee Herman was a great guy. So was Stephen Furst and David Naughton. It was the only film I ever did where I had two directors.

KP: Leonard Maltin called it a bomb. But in his review of SURF II, he says, "Deezen's always good for a few laughs". Do you think that's true?
ED:
It is a fun film to watch on video and I definitely agree.

KP: Well, my work here is done. Do you have any questions for kittenpants?
ED:
God, how did you ever get such a cool nickname?

KP: Magic.

Thanks to Eddie for letting us interview him, despite feeling under the weather. Check out his body of work at imdb.com, or his website: eddiedeezen.com
